London, 07/12/2010. Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks and wanted under a European Arrest Warrant, emerged in Britain and presented himself at a police station where he was taken into custody. Shortly afterwards he was taken to Westminster Magistrates court.  John Pilger (journalist and documentary maker), Ken Loach (English film and television director) amongst others came to show their solidarity with Assange.
