Documenting Rome from a Bus window (Number 81) and during a quick walk in the City center, while the new and tougher Covid-19 restrictions, imposed by Mario Draghi's Government, have been implemented since Monday morning in Rome, its surrounding Lazio Region, and other 9 Regions, including: Lombardia, Campania, Molise, Emilia Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Piemonte, Puglia, Veneto and Autonomous Province of Trento. The local authorities tightened rules and restrictions due to a spike in the Covid-19 / Coronavirus cases. A new self-certification (autocertificazione, downloadable from here 1.) is needed to leave home which is allowed only for urgent reasons, mainly work and health. Italy will be placed under nationwide lockdown over the Easter weekend.
