Rome, Italy. 04th December, 2021. Today, Grassroots Trade Unions, Housing Rights Movements and students - supported by the Alitalia, public Taxi, Telecom Italia workers, and some extra-parliamentary lefty Parties - held the so called "No Draghi Day" to protest against the economic and social policies of the Italian Government led by Mario Draghi. Protesters call the Government: no to layoffs and privatizations; to fight for wages and guaranteed income; for the cancellation of the "Fornero Law"; for contrasting the cost of living and the diktats of the European Union; for contract renewals and to fight against precariousness for full employment; to make robust investments in school, health, transport, public welfare and housing, against military expenses and missions abroad, in favor of a necessary social expenditure; for fair taxes that attack rich incomes and reduces social inequalities. Similar demonstrations were held contemporary in at least other 26 squares across Italy. Organisers of the demo were: USB, Adl Cobas, Clap, Cobas Confederazione, Cobas Sardegna, Cub, Fuori Mercato , Orsa, Sgb, Sial Cobas, Unicobas, Usi-Cit.<br />
