London, 02/04/2012. Trafalgar Square is the location of several events and demonstrations today. First, the "World Pillow Fight Day" is a synchronised event being staged in 150 squares across the globe. The second event shows protesters gathering with tents to create a peaceful occupation of the square for 24 hours in protest against the arrests that took place during the rallies of the 26th of March. Thirdly, attention moved towards a large number of people gathering quickly in the square and amassing under Nelson's Column. They were Indian people chanting happily because the Indian Cricket National Team won the 2011 World Cup. Lastly, a group of Skaters arrived and gave a show-stopping performance in front of the National Gallery stairs.
